What?
We typically work in two-week blocks and check back in with you regularly. That makes progress tangible for you and keeps our shared understanding intact. This phase ends with the go-live of your application.

It depends on several factors, but experience tells us this tends to range between 3 and 9 months.
Quality Assurance
The confidence that the software works exactly as it should.
Purpose
We back every release with automated test coverage and a dedicated staging environment. The client validates each module through structured user acceptance testing, and we run performance tests against realistic data to catch regressions before they reach production.

This runs in parallel with the build, and we keep it in place during the maintenance phase (if desired).
